What You Can Do Today
- If you have questions about your care, please call our dedicated community hotline at 833-623-1258.
- Now through Monday, March 31, patients currently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan will be able to make a one-time change to your Medicare coverage election. You can switch to a different Medicare Advantage plan or to Original (traditional) Medicare to ensure your in-network access.
- To talk to someone about your Medicare options for 2025, please consider calling Chapter, an independent, licensed health insurance broker, whose experts can walk you through potential choices and help you enroll in a new plan if you so wish.
